-Free shipping means that you don’t pay for shipping but the custom fees or import duties need to be paid by the buyer.

There are some few countries that we do not ship like small islands and small countries. If this is the case a total refund will be given to the buyer.

– How much time for the order to come ?

Usually it takes around 4 weeks for the order to come in any part of the world.

There are some extreme cases depending on the shipping period when the order come in just 1 week or can take up to 8 weeks. But as we mentioned this are extreme cases.

– How i can track the order ?

After the purchase we need around 4-7 days to make the cosplay and after we ship the package. We send the tracking number and tracking delivery company directly to your email. Or you can use the general tracking website here .
